Project Euro Space Center

(Tienen, Belgium - October 8 2008) - The Euro Space Center is an educational center that deals with the theme 'Space' with eye-catchers as an interactive exposition, a  training center and a fully equipped infrastructure where a number of events, traineeships and workshops take place. It is situated in Transinne, Belgium, in the province of Luxembourg, near the busy highway E411 Brussels-Luxembourg. Yearly, the center welcomes thousands of visitors, among them a lot of young people who come to the center for a traineeship or for a visit. More information can be found on the website: www.eurospacecenter.be.

Together with a Belgian client, a solar panel manufacturer in Verviers, Photovoltech participated in a project of the Euro Space Center. The project was set up as a cover to the broad public and to give the new and renovated buildings of the center an innovated, a high-tech and an ecological character.

The result will prove once again that big and industrial buildings, as the Euro Space Center, can have a beautiful esthetical view and that PV-technology can perfectly be integrated in these buildings. Building Integrated PV applications will become more and more important in the years to come. The quality and the color uniformity of the Photovoltech cells will be the competitive advantage for our company to evolve on the market of the Building Integrated PV. All the more reason why Photovoltech participates in this project.

The cooperation of Photovoltech and Issol is essential in the achievement of this project, which is the biggest in Belgium in photovoltaic architecture so far.
